This is one form of Black Ice that certainly isn't dangerous other than the fact that the taste is so intense, you should mix a little less concentrate than usual. That means that your 30ml of concentrate will produce more juice for your tank than you might have expected.
Vampire Vape suggests that you should feature only 12% of Black Ice concentrate in your e-liquid, rather than the usual 15-20%. Remember that flavour concentrates must be diluted and that their PG base will impact the VG/PG ratio of your recipe. You might find it useful to use an e liquid calculator when you are mixing.
