About 50/50 E-Liquid

50:50 e-liquids (also expressed as 50/50 e-liquids) are blends with bases that contain an equal ratio of propylene glycol (PG) and vegetable glycerin (VG). This balanced mix provides the best of both worlds — great flavour delivery from PG, along with smooth vapour production from VG. Most 50:50 juices contain salt nicotine.

50:50 e-liquids are highly versatile and work in a wide range of vape kits. They are popular choices for both new and experienced vapers who are seeking well-rounded vaping experiences.

What does base liquid ratio mean?

All e-liquids feature a base to which flavourings and nicotine are added. E-liquid bases boast a blend of propylene glycol (PG) and vegetable glycerine (VG) but the proportion of each varies. High PG e-liquids feature a greater proportion of PG. The 50:50 e-liquids you see here are 50% PG and 50% VG.

The proportions of PG and VG matter when you choose your e-liquids as the juices must be compatible with your device. Low resistance coils are compatible only with e-liquids that are at least 60VG and so are not suited to 50:50 options.
