What is PG?


All e-liquids feature a mixture of vegetable glycerine (VG) and propylene glycol(PG). Propylene glycol is a synthetic organic compound that is colourless, odourless and flavourless. It is considered safe to inhale and is used in asthma inhalers.

High levels of PG can give you a dry throat, but PG provides an intense throat hit when you inhale, and it carries flavour well. Some vapers find that they are intolerent of PG.


What are high PG e-liquids?


High PG e-liquids are those that are at least 60PG (60% PG). They are suitable for mouth to lung (MTL) devices with high resistance coils and won't clog these coils. High PG flavours deliver strong throat hits but minimal vapour.

Are high PG e-liquids right for you?

High PG flavours are great choices if:

  • You use a high resistance, MTL device
  • You favour stronger throat hits
